From day one, we all have to learn as we go.

The pressured lives we lead can make family life stressful, and its different phases can be challenging.

Many families find the opportunity to talk with an objective outsider helps improve communication and build family relationships.

This can particularly be the case when teenagers are trying to adjust to a huge range of experiences and emotions both within the family and among their peers.

I have worked with families and with teenagers on their own, both in organisations and in my private practice.

If you or a member of your family would like someone to talk to, please do contact me.
